KRM Industrial is a full product lifecycle business capable of supporting product development, design for manufacturability, prototyping, small-rate production, large-volume production, and product end-of-life. KRM Industrial achieves these capabilities through a cost-effective balance of in-house resources and a network of industry-proven partners.

Our design partners offer experience in electrical and mechanical product design and testing. With resources in both Nevada and Taiwan, we’re able to augment local design teams with in-person expertise or provide cost-effective remote design resources.

 Our team can provide manufacturing input and consultation during the design process to balance product performance and aesthetics with cost-effective producibility.

A combination of in-house and partner resources allows cost effective production of prototypes with short turnaround times. In-house machining and assembly.

We offer primary production capabilities for small production runs where investment in a dedicated production line may not be cost effective. For larger production volumes, we offer two options: 

· Local second source capabilities with an option to hold safety stock improve supply chain security in cases where the primary source is located offshore.

· Cost-competitive offshore sourcing through our production partner in Taiwan, with an option to hold local safety stock in Nevada.
